What is your shipping policy?

As of June 2025, we offer free shipping within the UK and EU. Whilst internationally we have a flat rate of £9.99p per order, this is fixed for the foreseeable future. At present there are regions we do not ship to, for more details on this please visit the eBay Store and check the individual listings.

Items are usually dispatched within 48 hours Monday to Friday. However we aim to send them out as quickly as possible. We tend to use Royal Mail Tracked 24 within the UK and Tracked International elsewhere.

PLEASE NOTE: Custom Fees, Tariff Charges etc. are the sole responsibility of the customer/buyer.

Free Booster Pack?

Yes indeed, that’s correct. Specifically with every order of £500 or over you will also get a free booster pack. This is chosen at random and at present is only available within the Pokémon franchise. Customers are not able to request a specific pack.

What is your return & refund policy?

How do you give updates on orders?

Currently eBay automatically updates customers when an order has been received, dispatched (with a tracking number where applicable) and delivered. Once the store becomes live on our website we will send similar email updates.
